Giveaway, presented to all bandmembers who played at the Dennis Danell Benefit at Irvine Meadows. The Box contained all Social Distortion CD's so far, a shirt with the gigposter-motive, a video with all the Social D. clips on it a black Candle with the skellie on it as well as a gratification-card from Dennis' wife and his son.
Probably 40-50 pieces of this were made by hand.
